User Profiles and Logins: The member’s area of the website is only accessible by individuals who have registered and paid for courses. Each individual will be provided with a login based on their email address and a temporary password. The temporary password will expire after the course is accessed for the 1st time and the user will need to create a password for continued access. Answers to security questions will be obtained and used to determine an individual’s ability to regain access to the secure areas of the site if their password is forgotten or compromised.

 

Security of Financial Information: 

The Elevated Wisdom and Elevated Explorer websites are secure and all financial information gathered from our client’s will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Intellectual Property Rights:

In addition, you can share the information that you have learned in the courses in your own practice and incorporate them in your treatment modalities. You are not authorized to copy and redistribute the course material to other people including family members and friends. If you wish to refer individuals to our website to take the course for themselves we would appreciate it.   Please let us know via an email once they have enrolled and we will send you a thank you gift.

All content is strictly informational and not provided as a substitute for technical or educational courses provided by accredited institutions of higher learning. No CEUs, CMEs, or college credits will be provided upon completion of course material. Cancellation Policy: 

Our cancellation policy depends on the service, items, course or travel package purchased. See specifics below:

 

Retail Merchandise/Products purchased via the website:

*You may cancel an order placed through the website prior to it being shipped out by notifying us via email.

*Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of any item that arrives damaged, so that we can work out a resolution with you.

*We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all retail/product purchases as long as the item is returned in an unused condition in its original packaging within 45 days of the purchase. Notify us via email of your intent to return an item within 30 days from your date of purchase so that we are aware that you are returning the item to us and we can be on the lookout for it. Once we have received the item(s) back we will notify you and begin the refund process.

*All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

*You have the option to exchange the item or have a store credit in lieu of having your money refunded.  Store credits can also be used for services and classes. Store credits must be used within 365 days from the date of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to the expiration of the store credit.

*Shipping to Locations outside of the US:
We will ship to any country that is accepting packages from the US and allows for the shipping of the items that you are purchasing. Charges are calculated based on the country, package weight/size, and delivery method (1st class/international priority). We will assume that you want the 1st class option unless you specifically request international priority. Please note, insurance can only be added to international packages that are sent priority.

*For international orders any customs fees, import fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the purchaser. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the items being purchased are able to be shipped to your country and to resolve any questions, concerns or correspondence from Customs Agencies/Representatives.

 

Retail Merchandise/Products purchased via Instagram, Facebook, and Social Media Live Sales:

*You will be sent an invoice through Square for the amount of your claimed item(s) and any applicable shipping charges and costs for additional shipping insurance that you may wish to add within 24 hours from the close of the Live Sale.

*All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours from the time the Invoice is sent to you unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. Failure to pay an invoice within the specified time frame could result in you being unable to reserve items for purchase in the future from Social Media Live Sales or Social Media Platforms and being blocked.

*Shipping to US Locations:

-A flat rate of $5.99 shipping and handling will apply to all purchases under $50.00
-Purchases of $50 or more will include Free 1st Class USPS Shipping. You may elect to pay the flat rate shipping and handling fee above and have your package sent USPS Priority with fifty dollars of insurance included.
-All purchases of $100 or more will include Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail and include insurance of fifty dollars. You will have the option to purchase extra insurance for your package if you choose.

*Shipping to Locations outside of the US:
We will ship to any country that is accepting packages from the US and allows for the shipping of the items that you are purchasing. Notify us via email of your intent to return an item within 30 days from your date of purchase so that we are aware that you are returning the item to us. Once we have received the item(s) back we will notify you and begin the refund process.

Returned Checks:

Returned checks will incur an additional $35.00 charge to cover the banking fees assessed to our account. Payment will be expected within 10 business days via cash or credit card to cover the amount of the original check plus the $35.00 fee.

 

Courses: 

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee of all courses purchases through Elevated Wisdom as long as no more than 30% of the course content has been accessed and downloaded if digital. If more than 30% of the course content has been accessed and/or downloaded no refund will be given for the course.  For courses taken in person a full refund will be provided if you cancel more than a week prior to the start of the course.  In the event that you need to cancel within a week a full credit will be provided towards the cost of a future course.

 

Services:

Refunds will be provided in full for services that are booked in advance and paid for provided that they are cancelled with 48 hours notice. Services can be rescheduled for another date and time for the same service or a same priced service up to 24 hours in advance. Requests received within 24 hours will be honored subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee.

 

Single Day Events: 

Refunds will be provided in full for single day trips or events that are booked in advance and paid for provided that they are cancelled with 72 hours notice. Single Day Trips/Events can be rescheduled for another date and time for the same service or a same priced service up to 24 hours in advance. Requests received within 24 hours will be honored subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee for trips/events up to $100.00 and a $50.00 rescheduling fee for Single Day Trips/Events above $100.00.

 

Multiple Day Retreats (within the United States): 

Refunds will be provided in full for Multiple Day Retreats that are booked in advance and paid for provided that they are cancelled with a 30 day advance notice. Multiple Day Retreats/Trips can be rescheduled for another date and time for the same service or a same priced service/trip up to 72 hours in advance. Requests to reschedule received 24-72 hours prior to departure will only be honored as a credit towards future purchases at Elevated Wisdom and are subject to a 25% penalty fee. There is no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of departure or for no-shows.

 

International Travel Destinations: Future Consideration

 

Travel Services booked through the Elevated Explorer Travel Agency:

Each travel partner/company that travel plans are booked through has their own deposit, cancellation, and payment policies that must be adhered to.  As a result, NO refunds of any kind will be provided for any travel purchased through the Elevated Explorer Travel Agency by the agency.  All refund requests will be at the discretion of the travel partner/company and their policies.  We strongly encourage anyone making a travel purchase through Elevated Explorer invest in a travel insurance product through one of our agency partners.  We will always offer you travel insurance and require that you accept or decline the coverage in writing.

 

Payment Plans: 

May or may not be offered in conjunction with services, courses, or trips. If a payment plan is offered the details will be shown as part of the ordering options.

 

Deposits: 

Deposits made on courses or trips may or may not be refundable. Details surrounding deposits will be outlined as part of the ordering options.

 

Waiver of Liability:

Single Day Events: Individuals who participate in single Day Events or activities in conjunction with or sponsored by Elevated Wisdom/Elevated Explorer may be required to sign a Waiver of Liability Form as well as a Contact Form.

 

Multiple Day Retreats(within the United States):  Individuals who participate in Multiple Day Retreats or activities in conjunction with or sponsored by Elevated Wisdom/Elevated Explorer will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability Form as well as a Contact Form.
